You must be very proud of your staff, I felt welcome as soon as I stepped in the front door. It was a nice touch to have a tour of a "modern" dental office, and be introduced to everyone along the way. I can see why Susie enjoys working with all of you. Sara and I both liked the fact that the procedures needed and the costs were explained to us in a private office, and not at the front counter/waiting room.
As a former business owner, I also appreciate the reinvestment into modern tools (toys, ha ha) to expedite certain procedures. We all know the right tools for the right job make everything go a lot smoother. But most of all, the water you use doesn't taste like it came out of a canal.
